Over ten years ago after numerous requests from others who wished to learn detailing at a proven level that delivered higher than average results and profits, Renny started Detailing Success to train, mentor and coach both novice and professionals within the art of professional auto detailing. Since then, Renny has used his over 30 years of detailing experience to train over 400 detailers from around the globe.
Diane Doyle is not only Renny’s wife, but business partner as well. Detailing Success couldn’t exist without Diane’s warm, bubbly, welcoming personality. Her amazing organizational skills and versatility keeps Renny on schedule and the business operating day-to-day.
Not only does Diane manage all aspects of the business, but she is a proficient detailer in her own right and a supermom to four kids! Some of your first contact with Detailing Success will be with Diane. She schedules your sessions, helps you coordinate travel, welcomes you when you arrive and is there when you depart.
Diane has been by Renny’s side since they opened their first Attention to Details detailing shop in Sun Valley, Idaho. She was also with Renny the first time he tackled Air Force One, the biggest and most prestigious project of their careers.
Detailers who complete full certification training at Detailing Success are officially made new members of the Detailing Success Network. The networking membership provides trained detailers with access to a private forum where they can gain ongoing support and advice from other members of the network, as well as expertise from senior members of the Detail Mafia.
In addition, members of the Detailing Success Network are encouraged to participate in private weekly webinars designed to provide ongoing education and an open discussion forum to help address problems and challenges they are facing as business owners. The Detailing Success Network is a brotherhood of like-minded business men and women willing to invest their time and knowledge to help others, while also learning from the best in the industry.
Renny Doyle was born into a first-generation migrant Italian family on his mother’s side. Stories had been passed down through the generations that his grandfather was a member of the Mafia during the 1930s through the 1950s. Although Renny barely knew him, he transformed the concept of “Family” loyalty into a force for good by setting aside an elite subset of the Detailing Success Network who could earn their place as a member of the “Family”, that is a member of The Detail Mafia!
The Detail Mafia is a family. They are an exclusive group of detailers, each of whom as had to prove themselves ‘Made-Men’ or ‘Made-Women’ in order to become a member. Detail Mafia members are the most accomplished and technologically-advanced team of automotive detailers in the world.
Detail Mafia members must prove themselves through the mentorship of others; the willingness to work on regional and local projects; their commitment to ongoing education, trade show appearances, seminars, special events, and product/equipment demonstrations; their willingness to participate in volunteer community projects; and their outward show of exceptional leadership and professional skills.
