Detailer Tip: Thank-You Cards
Make certain to always leave a handwritten thank-you card with your clients, especially new ones. You can also use a service like SendOutCards.com to send personalized and custom thank you cards after the detail (pictured).
Don’t forget to leave 3 business cards with your client. One for them, and two to give away. Dropping them in the thank-you card is an easy way to do this. I’ve been doing this for over thirty years and it works!
