I hope you had a very Merry Christmas and I wish you a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
You know, new beginnings are exciting. The anticipation of what awaits ahead is always exhilarating. But as eager as we are to start a new year and leave 2021 behind, Diane, Chris and I have come to realize that new beginnings and endings should be equally celebrated.
Despite the “world events” and “challenges” of 2020 that continued to wreak havoc on 2021, the detailing industry had an amazing year, and for that we should all be thankful. At Detailing Success, we had an incredible year. We had so much demand for our training, that we had to add two additional classes, which means we trained 56 detailers in our Advanced 5-Day Training! And through our 7 Double Black 1-Day training centers nationwide, we trained over 200 students this year!
We certainly hope we’ve had an impact on all our student’s lives and businesses, but we know that they have had an amazing impact on ours. You’ve heard me say over and over again how important relationships are. Real success, the kind that exists on multiple levels is impossible to gain without building great relationships, which is exactly why we are so grateful for the friendships we have made with every one of you.
As 2021 winds down and we find ourselves between holidays, I encourage you to slow down, relax and enjoy time with your family and friends. It might seem counterintuitive to rest during such a busy time of year, and it might even make some of us uncomfortable, but when you turn things down a notch and quiet things down, you can hear the goodness of life happening all around us.
